Job Summary
The Inspection Associate reviews data from the field and assists in producing a report of the tank for the customer.

Job Duties:
Use field gathered data to write and revise reports to accurately document the findingsProof and correct reportsTrack their own progress and document itCommunicate with sales staff on report revisionsAssist in training new writersProvide feedback to Director of Inspections on processes, software, trends, and other pertinent informationWork well as a team memberThe above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDComputer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PublisherKnowledge of operation of standard office equipmentKnowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keepingExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and proven organizational skillsKnowledge of principles and practices of basic office managementAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines
