The Information Security Administrator will be responsible for installing, administration, and troubleshooting of security related systems. They will respond quickly to user experience requests, and monitor security systems for potential issues, while providing the agility expected to assure that security enhances, but does not impede, business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and maintain security systems.
Perform a periodic review of the configuration of security systems.
Consult with service providers regarding security systems they maintain to assure proper fit for ACM/Drugscan/DSI.
Facilitate eDiscovery and/or data legal hold requests. Such events may be triggered by legal proceedings, GDPR requests, HR requests regarding employee activity, etc.
Be the primary point of contact for ACM/Drugscan/DSI information security involving incident response investigations.
Assist in the review and updating of SOPs, disaster recovery and data back-up plans, and assuring that testing documentation meets regulatory and certification requirements.
Maintain the Risk Registry.
Facilitate non-client access requests.
Monitor file access logging for potential malicious activity.
Review Data-Leak Prevention alerts for potential malicious activity.
Provide consultation to the Information Security Engineer and security service providers regarding security system configurations.
Manage third party access to our IT systems.
Liaise with RRH IT Security team in participation of configuration of RRH owned systems, to ensure they meet the needs of ACM/Drugscan/DSI needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years technical experience in any combination of managing information security systems and/or information technology systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 year degree in information security or information technology is preferred
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
