Rochester General Pediatrics Associates and Rochester Regional Health invite a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our thriving team. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality pediatric care while contributing to the education and mentorship of Pediatric Residents.




Position Highlights

• 
  Outpatient Clinical Care: Focus on providing comprehensive care, including well-child visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute pediatric care in a collaborative clinic environment.


• 
  Resident Precepting: Play an integral role in shaping the future of medicine by mentoring Pediatric Residents during their outpatient rotations.


• 
  Integrated Healthcare System: Be part of a dynamic healthcare network committed to delivering patient-centered care to the diverse families of Rochester and surrounding communities.


• 
  Collaborative Environment: Work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and other specialists, supported by a robust healthcare infrastructure.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.


• Eligibility for a New York State medical license.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient care and teaching.

PAY RANGE: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
