Your Role:



As a Dairy Buyer, you will be at the heart of their supply chain operations. You'll coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure high-quality dairy products while ensuring service excellence and competitive pricing. Your strategic thinking and supplier management skills will be critical to their success.



What You'll Do:

• 
  Source & Select Vendors: Identify and partner with dairy suppliers who offer the best combination of product quality, service reliability, and market insight.
  
  


• 
  Negotiate Contracts: Establish long-term agreements to secure consistent supply, optimal pricing, and efficient delivery terms.
  
  


• 
  Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships by resolving issues related to invoicing, product quality, and logistics.
  
  


• 
  Product Selection & Pricing: Evaluate market trends, product performance, and supplier capabilities to recommend pricing structures and promotional strategies.
  
  


• 
  Support Operations: Handle special product orders and respond to emergency sourcing needs with speed and efficiency.
  
  


• 
  Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the sales team, providing product and pricing insights to support business growth.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  
  


• 2+ years of dairy purchasing experience
  
  


• Good negotiation skills
  
  


• Strong communication skills
