Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, with a focus on conveyors, motors, and machinery. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems within the facility, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:


- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, motors, and other machinery.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V circuits, motors, and control systems.

- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime.

- Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Inspect and monitor equipment performance and safety, conducting routine checks and maintenance schedules.

- Assist with installations of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and hours worked.

- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues quickly and efficiently.

- Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate's degree in a related field preferred.

- Proven hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including work with 480V electrical systems, motors, and conveyors.

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing motors, conveyors, and other industrial machinery.

- Solid understanding of safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.


Physical Requirements


- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks requiring manual dexterity.

- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.

- Comfortable working with heavy machinery and tools.
