CSR Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Cary, NC Work Structure: Hybrid (In office M, Tu, W, Th)
Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role ensures professional customer service and adherence to customer requirements.
The key liaison between the company and its customers, the specialist manages the order process from receipt to invoicing, resolving issues, and keeping all parties informed.
Responsibilities
Order Management: Acknowledge, enter, and track customer orders, ensuring timely shipment and invoicing.
Coordination: Maintain accurate ship dates, implement pricing, and ensure proper labeling.
Logistics: Coordinate with warehouses and manufacturing sites, manage daily shipping, and resolve product shortages.
Customer Support: Address customer issues, provide updates, and support inventory and billing reconciliation.
Team Collaboration: Work with commercial, operations, and finance teams to meet customer and business needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Skills: Customer-centric approach, bilingual preferred, agriculture knowledge, international shipping experience, ERP, Excel, Word proficiency.
