Description:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for clients, ensuring the system meets business requirements and aligns with payroll processes.
Design, implement, and support the integration of CraftPay into the SAP SuccessFactors ECP environment, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between the two systems.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define and document payroll system requirements, business processes, and functional specifications.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the payroll solution, making recommendations for system enhancements, updates, and configuration changes.
Oversee data migration activities for payroll, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues during the implementation lifecycle.
Provide training and ongoing support to HR and payroll teams, ensuring they are equipped to use SAP SuccessFactors ECP and CraftPay effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, ensuring minimal disruptions in payroll operations.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
In-depth knowledge of integrating CraftPay as a payroll solution with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems.
Strong understanding of payroll cycles, tax compliance, benefits administration, and payroll-related accounting processes.
Proven experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI) for connecting SAP SuccessFactors ECP with CraftPay.
SAP SuccessFactors certification (ECP) is preferred but not mandatory
