Responsible for leading the Quality function throughout the company; Critical Inventory Logistics to ensure continuous production/service improvements consistent with established standards. Manages QDM process for the organization, ensures FEC meets Corporate Quality Driven Management (QDM) initiatives, and manages key process improvement efforts along with program development.
Essential Functions
Leads assessment of global change requirements in collaboration with cross-functional representatives, and ensure that this assessment, as well as plans to bring processes and products into compliance, are well documented.
Responsible for the overall alignment of quality staff performance and development in conjunction with business objectives.
Manages external consulting resources, provides regulatory direction to internal business partners (sales, solutions, legal, operations etc.).
Consults directly with customers on complex regulatory issues, analyzes customer products to determine specific regulatory requirements.
Develops the validation processes in conjunction with business partners and external consulting resources.
Maintains active participation in regulatory associations and conferences to stay ahead of changing laws.
Builds collaborative process with Global Quality and related Global functions to ensure implementation strategies.

Minimum Education
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years of demonstrated quality management. and 8 years proven leadership and direct personnel management experience.
Experience systematically planning and using processes to create realistic schedules, define goals, and prioritizing objectives required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Expert knowledge of the Total Quality Driven Management process methodologies and systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO procedures. Knowledge of ANSI/ISO/ASQC 9001-2008 ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.
Demonstrated knowledge of Transportation Industry/Supply Chain Management/Warehouse systems and procedures.
Strong working knowledge of industry-related issues in transportation, supply chain management, root cause analysis, and use of technology in logistics.
Working knowledge of regulatory complexities for the US Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, Prescription Drug Marketing Act, and other healthcare, insurance, and pharmaceutical laws.
Advanced project management, presentation, communication, and customer interfacing skills.
Ability to analyze, interpret and present customer data to a non-technical audience.
Ability to build and implement validation processes.
Ability to use analytical techniques to define and solve complex problems.
