Essential Functions
About the Role -
This position is critical to the Strategic Narrative Team's core competency. This role works hand-in-hand with the manager to plan and assign work across the team. This person must have expertise in design but serves primarily in support of business strategy, functioning as an air traffic controller for the team and organization.
Plans, organizes, and develops recommendations grounded in deep understanding of narrative development, the business, industry and market trends, consumer behavior, customer segments, and competitive strategy and creative functions.
Develops narrative frameworks and manages internal processes to build business scenarios using strategic thinking and decision science analysis.
Engages with leadership teams/key stakeholders on identified priorities supported with clear fact based recommendations and provides actionable insights to leadership teams to recommend course of action.
Provides thought leadership to cross-functional teams working on strategic initiatives and acts as an internal consultant to senior management.
Effectively manage narrative creation work across the team, ensuring it is distributed based on skill, availability, and project familiarity to maximize team synergy and foster innovation.
Develop and maintain an intuitive intake system to ensure narrative resources are allocated efficiently and progress is tracked consistently, optimizing the workflow and boosting productivity.
Attend executive-level meetings to engage with deep technical concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions, translating those concepts into imaginative and actionable directions for the team, fostering visionary project development.
Suggest and implement engaging training/coaching for team members to elevate their overall comfort with the narrative process, enhancing expertise across the team
Set standards for organizing and archiving all work. Collaborate directly with creators and project managers across the enterprise to ensure these standards are upheld, facilitating seamless access to content and nurturing a culture of excellence.
Plan, organize, and develop innovative systems and recommendations based on a deep understanding of narrative creation and the necessary elements to bring stories to life, driving impactful and captivating project outcomes.
Engage with leadership teams and key stakeholders on identified priorities. Provide clear, fact-based recommendations and actionable insights to guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years related work experience.
Work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
Experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month- $14,413.11/month
