ERIE COUNTYFT Probation
Counselor
- Juvenile Court
Knowledge of the juvenile
justice system; knowledge of child development, ability to learn new techniques quickly; ability to make practical
applications of techniques and principles; ability to relate
effectively and professionally to clients, their families, the general public and other
professionals in the field;
ability to prepare reports and classify and maintain
information; ability to handle sensitive situations and
maintain professionalism; skills in effective oral and
written communication;
adaptable to working before or after normal work hours;
ability to dress professionally for the position.
