Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to join the firm as part of our Shared Services administrative team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. Create a first impression of our global architecture and interior design firm by serving as the “voice” and “face” of the office. Represent Corgan’s culture, philosophy and brand professionally and positively. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing welcoming and efficient service. This role requires strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and excellent communication to handle a variety of administrative and office duties.

  • Manage calls, welcome everyone upon arrival (staff, clients, visitors, vendors, contractors and more)
  • Maintain appearance of the lobby, as well as configuration and audio/visual supplies of conference rooms
  • Manage and maintain supplies for snacks/kitchen supplies
  • Execute critical security and emergency procedures for front desk and main entry
  • Guide vendors and contractors through check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain certificates of insurance for building trades and projects
  • Direct deliveries and disperse unidentified mail to appropriate parties
  • Prepare mail, FedEx and courier packages
  • Coordinate relief between administrative staff team members
  • Assist with the issuance and collection of building access cards
  • Order and distribute transportation passes
  • Review business cards and name plates for accuracy prior to order and upon delivery
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments and order food as needed
  • Assist with other special projects as needed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, customer service/customer experience. Professional services organization strongly preferred
  • Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copier, scanner, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail, paired with a “can-do” spirit
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters and ability to use discretion as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office-based, Monday to Friday with work hours from 8:30a – 5:30p

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit a desk for long periods

Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) as needed

Base Salary Range: $49,000 - $58,000 annually.

SALARY RANGE

$49,000 - $58,000

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in City only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
