MORTAGE AND CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR POSITION SUMMARY
The Mortgage and Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for performing all the functions and processes of preparing compliant loan documents and document imaging while maintaining the quality of the bank's electronic loan documentation.

MORTAGE AND CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare loan documents efficiently and in a timely manner
Fund loans
Imaging and indexing of appropriate documents for the bank's imaging system
Answer questions for co-workers in written form, by telephone, or in person pertaining to electronic files and preparing loan documents
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic image files for customers
Separate and index all scanned documents in a timely manner
Check images for accuracy and quality of image
Maintain document imaging system for efficiency, organization, and accuracy
Control documentation for mortgage and consumer loan types
Provide additional support for mortgage loan officers as determined by management team
Requirements:
MORTAGE AND CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSORROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Accounting or banking experience preferred
Other Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of all lending and imaging software, with the ability to do updates and troubleshoot programs
Proficient in the use of imaging software
Strong attention to detail
Understands computer and other equipment capabilities and limitations
Ability to learn and retain a complex variety of information related to loan policies and procedures
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
