• Assists with the preparation and production of complex documentation, such as class materials, grant proposals, and partnership agreements.
• Responds to varied and often complex inquiries requiring a broad understanding of University and college programs, services, policies, and procedures.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments, visits, and/or meetings.
• Computes, classifies, records, and verifies data for college accounting records; identifies discrepancies.
• Order supplies and arrange for equipment repairs/service.
• May guide or check the work of student workers, wage employees, and/or volunteers.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three years of related work experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and efficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and highly organized and detail-oriented.

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330. The responsibilities of this position may allow for partial remote work, subject to the approval of the supervisor. The college permits remote work one day per week during the academic year, and up to three days per week during summer and winter breaks, depending on scheduling needs.
