Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a Program Manager to support a Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Office (CIO) program focused on cybersecurity policy related to Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and CMMC. In this role you will be responsible for overall contract performance and interface with the contracting officer, their representatives and the entire government client organization representatives as well as government contracting teams.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide program management for integration of all tasks specific to the program including productivity, quality assurance, progress/status reporting, meetings, surveys, and program reviews.
Provide the centralized administrative, clerical, documentation and related functions.
Provide monthly contract, status and other ad hoc reports per contract requirements.
Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews and associated briefing across each task area, progress against requirements, accomplishments, problems, personnel, identifying risks with mitigation strategies and proposing future initiatives aligned with DoD CIO strategies and technical trends.
Provide program management expertise utilizing productivity and management methods administration, quality assurance, configuration management, work breakdown structure maintenance and human engineering services; and provide centralized administrative support and documentation.
Support the development of an effective and agile CMMC Program, strategy, roadmap, governance, and metrics of performance.
Support the strategic CMMC Communications requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
10 years progressive relevant program management experience in supporting technology or cybersecurity programs.
6 years' experience program management experience in a large DoD level program.
Active PMP Certification.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity standards.
Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs, systems and infrastructure.
Knowledge of CMMC 1.0 and 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements.
Previous experience presenting or briefing high level stakeholders, military officials and policy makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate both in writing and verbally across all levels including senior military officials, teaming partners and high level government officials.
Prior experience managing teams of 10 or more.
