The Technician Science role is responsible for performing a variety of assignments within the Dilutions manufacturing environment that drive significant impact to the organization.



This position is part of the Production Operations department located in Sacramento, CA and will be working onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:




  • Perform a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment.




  • Use a balance, operating a pH meter,




  • Make precise measurements, following precise instructions,




  • Keep the lab area clean and assisting with organizing lab supplies.




  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety standards and standard work instructions.






The essential requirements of the job include:




  • High school degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.




  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.




  • Required to identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques.






It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:




  • Maintaining Company, Site and Department procedures.




  • Accurately recording information and documentation




  • Maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP and ISO requirements.





The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
