Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance and repair of Stryker armored vehicles, ensuring their durability, mobility, and performance to meet the needs of military personnel worldwide.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on Stryker vehicles, including automotive systems (engine, transmission, cooling, fuel, exhaust, driveline, and suspension).
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on Stryker vehicles.
Repair subsystems, components, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) by disassembling, replacing, adjusting, reassembling, and testing parts using technical documentation.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and other vehicle-specific systems.
Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures, schematics, and flow diagrams.
Maintain accountability for tools, test equipment, and property.
Complete maintenance and administrative forms, ensuring accurate documentation.
Operate computers and use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or documented technical training preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience.
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. person and meet ASR requirements for military facility access.
Technical Skills:
Ability to identify parts using IETM, schematics, and vehicle configurations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with troubleshooting turret systems and related LRUs preferred.
Preferred Knowledge: Experience with GDLS products, military terminology, and related processes.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS), if required.
Physical ability to work in various maintenance environments and adjust to changing schedules.
