Our emphasis is on the application of the subject matter and the students ability to demonstrate the integration of the subject matter into their lives. The universitys mission is to build upon the philosophy of Peter F. Drucker, through classroom and online learning, producing successful, responsible globally oriented leaders who are rooted in practice using the principles of Management as a Liberal Art and business sub-disciplines to educate, train, and send out managers and leaders who are prepared and equipped for the needs of todays organizations, communities, and society.
In the Fall of 2025, the university is launching a new degree program: a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL). The one-year program is crafted around the teachings and insights of Peter Drucker, focusing on the development of leaders who excel in both managing organizations and driving beneficial societal change. Embracing Drucker's philosophy, the curriculum integrates traditional management theories with a liberal arts perspective, instilling critical and ethical thinking across various contexts.
