Major/Essential Functions
Direct patient care in a hematology/oncology clinic setting in Lubbock, Texas.
Building the hematology service line to expand the faculty portfolio for the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Training Program.
Besides clinical service, there is an expectation for participation in educating future healthcare providers, conducting research, participating in quality improvement, and engaging in advocacy so that patients receive high-value, comprehensive, team-based care that is flexible and responsive to new healthcare delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing hematological disorders, including bleeding, clotting, platelet disorders and sickle cell disease.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
