We are looking for a skilled Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent office coordinator is an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to perform administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Process Background and Drug test
Prefers experience with I-9 Process
Key Duties:
Manage ATS
Process offers letters
Process Drug test and background
Retrieve background screening results
1-9 process
Communication verbally and virtual with candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Experience required in using MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Must be adept at managing data.
Travel: 25%.
Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.
The hourly wage for this position is $25.00.
