Technician working on a team delivering the successful completion of a Test and Balance project.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
3-5 years’ experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
TAB Math – Advanced knowledge of math formulas as it relates to TAB
VFD – Ability to configure and troubleshoot VFD’s
Blueprints – Basic understanding of blueprints
Hydronic Systems – Understanding of chilled, condenser and hot water systems
Air Systems – Understanding of variable and constant volume air side applications
Software – Understanding of Siemens, Trane, Honeywell and TAB reporting software
Manpower – Ability to task and plan manpower and projects
Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
