Here at The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Organizational Change Strategist. This person will be a key player on our Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) team, utilizing their expertise to lead our change strategy, implementing complex programs, managing change and measuring its result. In this role you will use best practices in organizational and behavioral change management to support the bank's strategic direction, adoption of cultural and behavioral aspirations, and enable our employees to achieve their best.
Our ideal candidate has a background in business communications and/or organizational development and effectiveness along with experience managing large-scale initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with other program and content owners and senior leaders to ensure effective approaches, delivery and outcomes, identifying areas of needs and refinement. Base Salary Range: Min: $138,400 Mid: $179,700 - Max: $221,200 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
