Join Our Team as an Change Manager - Export Control !

Schneider Electric is recruiting for an Change Manager - Export Control in one of our following locations: Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN or Andover, MA.

As a Change Manager your overall goal will be to ensure adoption of the Global Export Control Program across Schneider Electric. You will report to the Export Control Director of Standards and you will be a part of the change management team responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all components of change management, including communications and training for global programs, projects , and regulations changes across the Global Export Control Center of Excellence (CoE).

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


  • Manage the change processes used for managing regulation, process and documentation change within the export control center of excellence.

  • Maintain the export control Global Change Advisory Board processes and documentation.

  • Facilitate the export control global change advisory board GCAB weekly meetings and updates to all documentation.

  • Actively engage with global team members involved in export control projects to implement the change management methodology and support in project execution.

  • Develop comprehensive communication plans specific to export control projects. Identify key messages, target audiences, and appropriate communication channels to effectively communicate project updates, changes in regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Implement the communication plans by delivering clear and timely messages to the relevant stakeholders. Organize meetings, workshops, or training sessions and utilize various communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and intranet portals, to ensure effective dissemination of information.

  • Maintain the change management SharePoint site, monthly reporting and metrics.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Communications, or Project Management.

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a Change manager - leading and implementing change

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.

  • Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional and global teams
