Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a summer 2025 HR Services intern in our Franklin, Tennessee location. This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the HR world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company.

What do you get to do in this position?

The HR Services Intern will assist the Operational Excellence Team with projects, continuous improvement, employee experience, employee relations and managing update and change management sessions. The Operational Excellence team supports all of HR Services and has exposure to many different departments and aspects of HR. This role will provide valuable exposure and experience within HR as well as exposure to business optimization around business efficiencies.


  • Assist with implementation & continuous improvement projects (HR Policy Implementation, Benefits Processes, support ticket analysis, change management plans)

  • Assist with change management deliverables, employee journey mapping and other employee experience activities

  • Partner on process improvement projects

  • Assist with HR Sessions and facilitating content for the HR community and Employees

  • Reviewing and maintaining governance of our processes, systems, and tools

  • Manage local change management to managers & employees

  • Assist Employee Experience with HR related focus groups and conversations

  • Review and update knowledge articles within our regional knowledgebase

  • Assist HR team in day-to-day activities
