Job Description:

Reporting to the VP US Demand Generation, the Marketing Transformation Lead will be responsible for spearheading one of the biggest priorities for the US Marketing organization-driving marketing innovation and excellence to enhance customer engagement.

The mission for this role is to accelerate the transformation of US Marketing by helping design an agile demand generation machine, building operational process excellence, and maximizing the full capabilities of the new MarTech stack to accelerate Schneider's growth with targeted audiences in the US market.

What will you do?


  • Collaborate with with cross-functional teams, (including businesses, segments, channels, offers, and the digital customer experience team), to define ways of working that ensure seamless and efficient integration of marketing systems and processes.

  • Support marketing workforce planning that drives simplification and One Team objectives while establishing marketing career paths.

  • Champion the transformation of the marketing technology landscape to leverage new CDP, Marketing Automation, ABM, web and digital capabilities to support internal and external objectives--aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

  • Ensuring marketing alignment with the operating region's key business priorities and associated key performance indicators.

  • Partner with sales and business marketing leads to understand platforming landscape and advise on marketing strategies.

  • Serve as a change agent--ensuring organizational readiness through on-going communication, education, and best practice sharing.

  • Oversee journey implementation including media placements, web pages, marketing automation, events and public relations to ensure tactics are working in harmony with the right customer journey in mind.

  • Serve as a consultant to business and marketing stakeholders to establish and implement repeatable blueprints for marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and saturation.

  • Identify, test and implement AI solutions that streamline processes and drive efficiency.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 8+ years experience in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience in leading transformations within complex organizational environments

  • Experience in Agile ways of working is a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, customer data platforms, web, analytics tools, and other relevant MarTech solutions

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and departments

  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to align technology initiatives with broader business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of marketing technology trends and best practices
