Position: Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Sacramento, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans and document patient progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
