Job Description:


As a Systems Operations Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.


• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations by leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational expertise to develop consumable and actionable metrics.


• Create and develop accurate, consistent messaging for various key areas:
  
  
  • Define team messaging for delivery across all levels of the Technology team.
  
  
  • Simplify complex events into details consumable by senior leaders.
  
  
  • Use tools like PowerPoint to consolidate the team's narrative, highlighting successes, value additions, and automation opportunities.
  
  
  • Create visually appealing and effective presentations to convey information, ideas, or data.
  
  
  
  


• Engage stakeholders by assessing the impact of communications and involving them as needed.


• Demonstrate project management and team-building skills.


• Produce clear, concise, and valuable technical documentation, such as tutorials and organizational systems.

Skills:

• Proficiency in PowerBi and Tableau.


• Advanced technical writing and presentation skills.
