Job Description:

Location: Central Falls, RI

Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator. This is a permanent, direct hire, on-site position in the Providence, RI area.


Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support AD domain-based computing infrastructure


• Implement and support educational, research, and administrative systems.


• Monitor system performance and provide capacity planning.


• Assist and train IT Support Consultants and technical staff.


• Evaluate vendor-supplied software and recommend buy/build solutions.


• Resolve complex technical issues and function as a project manager.


• Perform server and workstation maintenance.


• Develop project plans and coordinate tasks with IT staff.


• Communicate operational information to the Director of IT.


• Maintain and document computing assets inventory.


• Provide technical guidance, support, and training.


• Attend technology trainings and integrate learnings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.


• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.


• Strong background in Windows and Active Directory.


• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and system imaging tools.


• Problem resolution skills and excellent communication abilities.


• Ability to prioritize activities and support a diverse environment.
