Location: Village Green-Green Ridge, PA

Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Paraeducator to join a local Elementary School in Aston, PA!



Scope of Role:

Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm


Job Engagement: 24/25 school year



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support students with special needs


• Work with individual or small groups of students to help them implement specific academic, behavioral, and physical accommodations as outlined in their Individualized Education Program.
  
  


• Documenting students' needs, strengths, gains, and problem areas, as directed by the teacher(s)
  
  


• Must maintain the confidentiality of student records and information
  
  


• Consult with teachers to implement goals and monitor progress.
  
  


• Occasionally may provide direct student assistance with monitoring medical conditions, physical needs, personal care, feeding, and toileting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  


• Previous experience working with special needs children


• Must have reliable transportation
