Description: Judge Health care is currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist OR Occupational Therapist Assistant for a fantastic school district in the Lancaster, PA area!


Type: Contract- Whole school year!


Hours: Mon- Fri School hours


Pay: Competitive and based on experience



Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of conditions, including developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and physical disabilities.


• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's care.


• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.


• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support their child's development at home.


• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.


• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or OTA


• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
