If so, our client, a food manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Utilities/Refrigeration Supervisor to join their client's dynamic team.
As a Utilities/Refrigeration Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our client's Food Manufacturing facility. You'll oversee a team of technicians, manage critical programs like PSM and RMP, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing their operations and safeguarding their employees, and the community.

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team of refrigeration and utilities technicians
Oversee PSM and RMP programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Maintain and update SOPs, P&IDs, and PMs for the refrigeration system
Inspect and maintain hazardous materials equipment
Manage and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and optimize plant processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues
Develop and manage standard operating procedures and schedules
What You Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred)
RETA (CARO and/or CIRO) Certifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, refrigeration maintenance, and supervision
Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
Strong understanding of FDA, OSHA, and environmental food manufacturing standards
Proven experience in PSM programs
