As a Sr. Controls Engineer, you will lead complex capital projects and optimize cutting-edge manufacturing processes at their facility. You will design, implement, and enhance advanced automated systems while mentoring team members and driving strategic innovation.

What You Will Be Doing:
Project Leadership: Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, including design, cost control, and commissioning.
System Integration: Develop and implement advanced process controls (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos) for high-speed manufacturing lines.
Technology Advancement: Stay current with emerging technologies through training, trade shows, and industry events.
Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring projects align with plant and corporate standards.
Process Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve production systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years of industrial experience, preferably in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical controls, including PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration, Vision Systems, and industry standards like UL/CE.
Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects; PMP certification is a plus.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Tools: MS Project, MS Office Suite, SAP, AutoCAD
