Additional Job Description:
Minimum Education: Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Degree: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum Experience: No experience required but preferred if previously exposed to Industrial Engineering core functions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas of improvement, design, present and implement efficient solutions for logistics and network challenges. Ability to manage and process large amounts of data to produce solutions and insights that drive business decisions to improve performance.
Working knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, AI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
Requirement: Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week program, starting June 2nd, 2025.
Minimum Education
