At this facility, we design, develop, and manufacture components used in medical devices such as pacemakers, neurostimulators, implantable cardio-defibrillators and insulin pumps. The assembler role is responsible for the day-to-day production of components used in our various medical devices. You will be a key member of a manufacturing team that is dedicated to safety, quality, continuous improvement and achieving production goals. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

  • Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.

  • Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).

  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.

  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Minimum Requirements
Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
May require vocational training and/or certification .
Mexico: Requires an Elementary school degree / GED or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$37,200.00 - $55,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $20.50 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
