Job Description:

National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in Old Lyme, CT seeks Project Controls Mgr to perform proj controls tasks & oversee proj controls. Cost mgmt activities, schedule submission rev & impact analysis, & risk mgmt on proj. Reqs: Bach degree (or equiv) in Civil Engg or rel field + 7 yrs progressive, post-bach exp in job offered or civil engg occ. Reqs 7 yrs exp w/: 1) Dev & managing integrated schedules, budgets, reports & forecasts for contractors/entities at proj, prog, & portfolio level using MS Project, MS Office, Procore, Primavera, & Power BI/Access tools; & 2) Performing Project Controls mgmt relating to cost, scheduling, & estimating at proj, prog, & portfolio level using sched tools including MS Project & Primavera P6. Must also have 3 yrs of exp: 3) Organizing & analyzing large volumes of financial, risk, & schedule performance data for org yrly budgets exceeding $25M and LOP budgets exceeding $100M, incl/ providing budgets, estimates, & forecasts to stakeholders; 4) Configuring, organizing, & analyzing proj data inputs & outputs using EPMO systems & tools; Scheduling review & analysis, undertaking change order rev & analysis, pay application & cost control, & estimating & quantity takeoff; 5) Using MS Office and SAP, including BPC; and (6) Scheduling review and analysis, undertaking change order review and analysis, pay application and cost control, and estimating and quantity takeoff. Must also hold certifications: 1) CMIT; 2) Lean Construction; 3) Procore Training; & 4) Completion of OSHA Site Safety Training. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Remote work permitted in accordance w/ comp policy. Salary: $114,691-$163,000/yr. All positions require pre-employment background check verification, pre-employment drug screen.
