State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Process Engineer, Vice President to play a key role in advanced process engineering, optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality. The VP Process Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end process design and optimization, using data analytics and automation tools to drive impactful solutions. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical expert focused on solving complex process challenges. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

What you will be responsible for

As Process Engineer, Vice President, you will

• Lead and execute comprehensive process analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.


• Design and implement advanced process engineering solutions, including automation and systems integration, to improve operational performance.


• Conduct high-level data analysis to assess process performance, model outcomes, and inform decision-making.


• Work with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes with existing systems and technologies.


• Test and validate new processes to ensure effectiveness, quality, and alignment with business goals.


• Prepare detailed technical documentation and process flow diagrams to standardize and support new workflows.

These skills will help you succeed in this role

• Expertise in advanced process engineering methodologies.


• Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and process mapping/modeling software.


• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in automation and process simulation.


• Ability to handle complex technical projects with minimal oversight and deliver solutions independently.


• Excellent technical documentation skills and the ability to communicate process changes effectively to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
