Your new role


The Senior Project Manager role entails managing all activities associated with the construction of municipal and K-12 developments. Responsibilities include managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Senior Project Managers will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with clients, building trust and value throughout the construction process.


What you'll need to succeed


To qualify for the Senior Project Manager role, eligible candidates must possess a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. You will also need to have at least 10 or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer. To be successful, you need to be able to read construction drawings, be proficient in the buyout of subcontracts, financial forecasting, and be familiar with the local subcontractor and vendor market. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the job.
