Volt is immediately hiring for Administrative Support Specialist in Culver City, CA.
As an Administrative Support Specialist you will:
Over 2 years of experience in data entry within systems/databases, including creating and exporting reports.
Excel experience with formulas, V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
Capable of handling ad hoc projects regularly.
Flexible schedule based on business needs.
Strong focus on internal client relationship management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Committed to maintaining high standards of quality while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
This is a Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Hybrid Work schedule: Monday-Friday; 8 am-5 p.m.(Tuesday and Thursday in the office)
The ideal candidate will have:
