Chief Financial Manager (Venice, CA). Oversee formulation of company's financial, accounting, & bus policies. Responsible for company's financial reporting, goals, & budgets. Oversee investment of funds, risk management, supervise cash management, execute capital-raising strategies. Prepare financial analytics and forecasting models to test business and investment assumptions and predict the results of business initiatives. Financial contract revenue of investment and company acquisitions. Assess financial reports, assets, liabilities, tax implications. MBA in Finance or Accounting, or directly related field or Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or directly related field plus 5 years progressive experience as a Financial Analyst or directly related field.
