Under general supervision assigns rooms, leases residents, bills meal plans and rent to accounts. Maintains revenue collections up to 95% for assigned property with an estimated value of $1 million.
Essential Duties Summary:
Manages all financial, occupancy, and communication data reporting for assigned property.
Responsible for billing of damages, housing infractions, rent and meal plans.
Responsible for collections up to 90% of revenue for assigned property by enforcing the department's collection policy.
Responsible for communicating with about housing updates, events, and procedures via phone and email thorough housing database.
Responsible for leasing and room assignments for students who have completed the housing process at the beginning of each academic semester and as needed.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
