The Global Client Growth Practice ('GCGP') is a team that sits at the core of our top Groupe Clients. These clients are the most exciting, highest growth potential clients the Groupe works with at scale. The GCGP's purpose is to partner our Global Client teams in their mission to generate profitable organic growth for the Groupe by delivering and driving Power of One for the business.

Overview
As part as its transformation and the implementation of the Power of One, Publicis Groupe built the Global Client Practice to support at Groupe level profitable growth on the key Publicis Groupe clients and acts a new business engine across capabilities and geography.
The team is hiring for a Client Finance Director position based in New York. Reporting to the SVP Finance Director, the Client Finance Director will be primarily responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of the Client Financial reporting and performance as well as providing strategic financial analysis and leadership for various Groupe-wide/team initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the Client Financial reporting process and the preparation of the monthly Client Financial Reporting (revenue, overdue and profitability) for the Key Groupe Clients
Review of the monthly client financial performance and prepare financial and business analysis on a monthly basis
Prepare monthly Management reporting and analysis focusing management's attention to potential opportunities and risks
Oversee the tracking of revenue opportunities and review of the Salesforce pipeline
Understand client business, review with the GCLs and GCFLs opportunities, forecasts and discuss financial and operational issues on a monthly basis
Oversee with Groupe Finance the Client Profitability reporting process for the Groupe, the review client profitability reporting on a quarterly basis, prepare analysis and action plan
Oversee and drive the Financial Commit and Annual Client Business planning, and participate in the client target setting
Qualitative and quantitative review the Global Client Recharge cost forecast on a quarterly basis and on an annual basis of the Global Client Recharge budget for the Key Groupe Clients
Provide strategic financial analysis and leadership for New Business opportunities, team initiatives and Groupe-wide projects
Act as a resource to GCL teams and Client Finance teams for Adhoc requests and problem solving
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in finance with core experience in finance developing financial reports and analysis
Global working and living experience
Highly evolved EQ with international sensitivities and cultural nuances
Excellent financial analysis skills and knowledge of client accounting
Advanced proficiency with Excel (Pivot Table, Macros, HFM Smartview), PowerPoint, Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to adapt to fast changing priorities with a sense of urgency
Accountability, strong diligence with the ability to multitask
Strong organization and attention to detail

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $194,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
