Recruitment and Student Success Advisor

Provide primary advising for first-year and sophomore business students in addition to other undergraduate business students. Serve as primary liaison to Admissions office and coordinate enrollment efforts for the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Oversee and coordinate GSB diversity initiatives with Faculty Fellow for Diversity. Collaborate with GSB Center for Student Success (CSS) team members to participate in initiatives that support recruitment, retention, advising, and career outcomes for all business majors and minors.
Bachelor's degree and two to four years' related experience. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Experience working with diverse student populations.
Background in college student personnel highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of student information systems and advising platforms highly desirable. Experience with event management, programming, and implementation desirable.
$52,000-$57,000
Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Bargaining unit position, Background Check required for this position
