Job Title:Extension Educators Coordinator 3, Morgan CountyDepartment:FAES | Morgan County

Position is located in McConnelsville, Morgan County, OH.



The Extension Educator Coordinator works with the 4-H Youth Development, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Agricultural and Natural Resources programs and the other professionals in the office responsible for those program areas. Assisting and responsible for expanding, developing, teaching, and evaluating programs in all three program areas with 35% responsible for 4-H Youth Development and Agricultural Natural Resources, and 30% for Family and Consumer Sciences. Recruit 4-H volunteers and Master Gardener volunteers and assist with training and programming to prepare them to be successful volunteers. Promote Extension programming to external stakeholders, prepare and organize program materials, press releases, brochures, newsletters, blogs, and other correspondence. Ensure policies are followed when completing tasks, support OSU Extension's Diversity, and EEO/AA commitments.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.



The pay range for this job profile is $16.49 - $21.69 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
