Reports to and manages the needs/business priorities of the Treasurer/Deputy CFO-Vice President of Financial Services. Extensive calendar management including facilitating all internal and external meetings as well as associated travel. Provides administrative support and assists in the management of daily office operations for the Office of Financial Services (OFS). Serves as liaison to staff and external contacts and manages day- to-day office activities and student workers. Coordinates and manages information and communication to and from the office. Oversees special projects while maintaining day-to-day responsibilities. Responds to a wide range of inquiries that are sometimes sensitive in nature. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records. Organizes and maintains various databases. Composes and prepares routine correspondence and meeting agendas. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and fulfills unexpected immediate requests.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates self-motivation; pro-active bias, excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills; maintains high levels of organization and ability to manage shifting priorities/time demands in a fast-paced environment; Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office software applications.
Desired Qualifications:
Four to eight (4-8) years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with Workday, and/or Notary Public.

Additional Information:
The target hiring range is $69,400 to $91,250 per year, based on education, experience, and internal equity.
