WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Quality Assurance Department division is responsible for all labor issues associated with warranty regarding the tankless water heater and boiler units. The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Technician position should have and demonstrate a strong team ethic and the ability to work autonomously under their own initiative, while taking direction from QA Lead. The post holder should have administrative experience with good communication skills and an aptitude for attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Daily Returns Spreadsheet report
Research each returned unit using CIC/SAP
Summarize Return Reason
Physical Unit Return Inspection (Key Focus)
Inspect and Test (when applicable) all units requested by Management Team and Tech Coordinator
Create Individual Inspection report based on findings
Document photos and report on server
Follow up Technical Team as necessary
Part Return Inspection (when necessary)
Inspect all parts requested by Management Team and Tech Coordinator
Create individual inspection report based on findings
Document photos and report on server
Coordinate shipment of parts returns to Korea teams
Dispose/recycling of parts not required to be sent back to Korea
Requirements:
Bilingual in Korean and English
Advanced in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Extensive organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Able to manage productivity goals and quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to physically lift units with assistance up to 150 pounds in weight.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative field.
Collaborate effectively within the department and cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
Ambition to grow and take on new assignments/skills as needed.
Technical knowledge of tankless water heaters and boilers preferred
Pay Scale: $27-$29 per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus
