Position Overview As a Product Manager, Cybersecurity supporting Brava, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our B2B cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure our products address their cybersecurity requirements.
Product Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product plans based on customer insights and business objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements to deliver maximum value.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and oversee the development process. Ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, performance monitoring, maturity assessments, and intentional phasing out transitions. Conduct P&L analysis to drive profitability.
Communication: Articulate the product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Foster strong relationships to support product success.
Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate product success. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Bachelor of Science in business, management, information technology, computer science, or in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Certifications:
Preferred candidates will be certified in relevant product management and cybersecurity technologies such CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CISA, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of B2B cybersecurity strategies, including pricing, bundling, and segmentation.
Proven track record in developing and managing telecom products or services, particularly those related to fixed and mobile network services.
Experience with adjacent mobile use cases such as Push-to-Talk, Mobile Failover/Backup, and Fixed-Mobile-Convergence.

Ideal candidates will be located in the Miami, Florida area, the Cayman Islands, or in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
We are open to considering candidates for remote work located in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
