Perform required tasks and duties for the designated position, as determined by team composition and crewing needs. Must maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles.   • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
  • Highly self-motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Maintain timely arrival and attendance for scheduled shift

  • Read equipment-specific standard work before engaging machinery

  • Collaborate with training coordinator or resource leader to maintain expected pace of technical and leadership development
  • Complete cross-training as determined by team composition and objectives

  • Invite and share ideas and feedback to leverage team strength in solving problems
