Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Developer to join their dynamic IT team. This role is pivotal in the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of complex data solutions across various technology platforms and business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling dashboards and visualizations, with a proficiency in data visualization tools and data preparation tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex customer needs and design, implement data and analytics solutions.

  • Code, configure, debug, test, deploy, support, and document complex data visualization tools.

  • Design engaging, functional data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data.

  • Adhere to established data management practices to enable effective data governance.

  • Communicate complex technical topics appropriately for various audiences.

  • Engage with stakeholders through documentation, training, knowledge transfer, status updates, etc.

  • Adhere to bank and system software development methodologies and standards.

  • Actively participate in the Agile process and ceremonies.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and 9 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight) and data preparation tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, etc.)

  • Proficient programming skills in SQL and/or Python.

  • Experience with Databricks and/or AWS is preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across a team.

  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements, communicate solution recommendations, and sustain productive working partnerships.


This role is open to US citizens and offers the flexibility to work fully remote or locally in our client's Cleveland location.
