The Manager, Process Improvement will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs. This includes analyzing data, evaluating key business components, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and developing improvement solutions that are simple, executable, and sustainable for future use. The successful candidate will consult with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement solutions and communicate changes and solutions to key stakeholders to get buy-in.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs.
• Analyzes data and evaluates key business components to assess current performance baselines and identify gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements in key business functions.
• Identifies and develops improvement solutions that are simple, executable, and sustainable for future use.
• Consults with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement solutions.
• Communicates changes and solutions to key stakeholders to get buy-in.
• Manages global projects and identifies areas of opportunity for process improvement.
• Develops strategies, processes, and best practices by conducting modeling and statistical analyses and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business.
• Leads the implementation of change initiative projects to achieve desired results.
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
