Duration: 9-12 month contract with the potential to extend or convert permanent
Location: HYBRID - onsite 3x per week in Phoenix, AZ (desert ridge shopping area)
Pay Rate: $60-$66 per hour
Must Haves:
4+ years experience in an enterprise environment
Strong O365 skillset (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong relationship management experience
Ability to craft executive level materials/presentations
Ability to work across different leaders and track down updates/follow up on tasks
Summary:
Support defining and bolstering the Global Loyalty and Benefits Governance & Reporting function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and product operations, to communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategy to senior leadership
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive successful product launches and ongoing operations
Identify process bottlenecks / pain points and continuously improve the ways of working across Global Loyalty & Benefits
Create and maintain operations and process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization
