Project Administrator
This position requires an extremely organized, proactive individual to drive the success of the project administration team. The right candidate for this role considers OCGs core values in everything they do: safety 360, people first, excellence, and adaptability. This role is for someone who can navigate themselves and a team through a busy environment while ensuring tasks and scheduling are managed proactively and efficiently.
**This is a part-time hybrid role
Job Responsibilities:
Submit, review, update, and track Miss Dig tickets.
Research and submit permits under varying municipalities' protocols.
Receive, process, and reconcile work orders to ensure all work has been billed accurately and completely.
Assist with tracking of job site progress.
Assist with customer interaction and problem resolution.
Research work sites, and construction history and assess data acquired.
Review job sites via our proprietary billing software to audit for safety and quality.
Answer phones/emails and correspond with clients regularly.
Compile and analyze high-volume data via Excel.
In addition to normal business hours, additional hours may be necessary during peak times.
Work on special projects/other duties as assigned.
